Texe William Marrs (July 15, 1944 – November 23, 2019) was an American writer and radio host, who ran two fundamentalistChristian ministries, Power of Prophecy Ministries and Bible Home Church, both based in Austin, Texas. His teachings included elements of antisemitism, anti-Catholicism, Illuminati and Freemasonry conspiracy theories.

He was an officer in the United States Air Force for 20 years, reaching the rank of captain,^[1] and a faculty member at the University of Texas.^[2]
